Your top 15 apps?

I followed this link and was instantly hit with maleware looking popups saying my computer may be infected, etc.

Be careful. I suggest putting the link in directly rather than following this link.

I dont know what it is about androlib, I have been browsing the site for the last 3 or 4 days and maybe I clicked on an ad or something but the same thing happened to me. I immediately sent spybot to search and destroy. All better now and no problems on the site since.

Then it must be at the site. I don't know what difference typing it into your browser would make? It's the same URL either way.... I dont get any popups at that site and never have.

I've used this site constantly with no problems, although today I did get redirected (from Androlib.com) to one of those "Your computer is at risk.... download security blah blah blah". Never had that happen before... just found it odd. Been back to Androlib.com since and no issues...

Androlib has worked for me, but it isn't always up to date. For example, although Bonsai Blast is there, it isn't in the Market itself, even if you use the QR code.

Often, different URL's can be encoded into links, even if they display on hoverover as the proper URL. That's why places such as Paypal and your bank recommend you go directly to the site by typing in a URL rather than using links in their emails.

I wasn't suggesting any mal-intent, just wanted people to be aware that something was up, whether it be within the link, or the site itself.

I have also had issues connecting with certain browers. I cannot connect to androlib.com at work or home with IE7. My Droid brings up the website just fine. I was also having issues with Safari or Firefox from home, don't remember which one though...

An earlier post mentioned getting a case for your new Droid - Merry Christmas by the way....You will luv it.

Get something for it.....the best I think is the Ghost Armor. I put it on my Dare day one and when I sold it.....it looked brand new. I always keep it in my pocket so it was necessary. I did the same thing to my Droid. The screen is very tough by the Ghost armor will also cover the corners, the back and menu buttons which will suffer from scratches if it falls. Also, ghost armor will give the Droid a glossy look that I think you will appreciate.

Can't mask the bottom left status bar on your browser.

From ice456789 and djtrype I have gotten a list of these:
· Handcent SMS
· Screebl
· Apps Organizer
· Barcode Scanner
· Astro
· Pandora Radio
· PandaHome
· SNESoid lite
· WaveSecure
· Where
· Open Table
· WiFinder
· Unavailable
A few apps I know I would never use, but still very helpful, Thank you you two! I am always welcome to new ideas and apps, And it dosn't matter if they are paid or free.
If I didn't add your suggestions its because there wasn't a description. But these are probably the ones I am going to grab. I will also probably be buying another 16gb micro SD card for it, just in case. And of course, the desk dock. Probably two lol
