You Tube upload Problem...please help

I noticed the phone came with a you tube app. Well I was always on youtube and thought it would be cool to put something up. I have a cool video that I wanted to post from the phone but for some reason it never works it uploads for a min or so but thats it and it never shows in the % bar. I thought it might be the video was to big since it was over a min long but then i did another one that was about 20 sec and the same thing. kept asking me to retry again. I had awesome signal on phone and wi fi. I also tried to email the video to myself and it said to big, Any advice is appreciated.:greendroid:dancedroid
