Will ICS "replace" some of my apps?

Today I am upgrading from a Droid X to a Razr Maxx. Should I wait to install certain apps I have been using since "native" ICS will likely be better?

I have decided not to install Launcher Pro. Should I wait on the following:

Dolphin HD Browser
K 9 Email
Juice Defender Ultimate
