Will I get the OTA Update?

I manually installed the first Froyo 2.2 update with the FRG01B Build Number.

Will I get the new version OTA if I updated manually? Or do I need to continue to update manually all the time now?

you should but you could always put it on again manually

I did the manual update to FRG01B and I just got the OTA update to FRG22D.

What about if you manually updated to 22D. Will I still get a notification to update or will I not see it since it is already installed?

I would say no.

I updated to FRG01B manually and didn't get a prompt when it was pushed out OTA. I don't see it being any different for FRG22D.

The OTA Update will only notify you if it sees that you are not on the patch level the OTA is suppose to be at. If you are at that patch level, it assumed it took care of you and moved along.
