Will I be charged a restocking fee?

I ordered a D2 over the phone with a verizon rep and when I received the brand new in box D2 I noticed the keyboard was raised and semi unstuck from the device.

This caused me to have second thoughts on this device and was thinking about exchanging it for a DX. The device has not been activated or used in anyways. The sticker on the screen is still on there and the accessories are still in their bags. I only slid up the D2 screen to check out the keyboard and that's when I noticed the problem.

Some of you might ask why not just exchange it for another D2... my reply is that I was on the fence about which phone to get and this pretty much put me over the edge. So anyone know if I'll be charged a restocking fee?

We are here to help each other. But a question like this is probably better answered by Verizon.

My gut feeling is you shouldn't be charged. If you are charged explain the situation to Customer Service. They will probably remove the charge.
