Wife can not call/recieve my calls

We both have new Droid Xs and now it is like her phone is blocking my calls. Just mine, when she calls my number the 3G drops and the bars has a circle and \ on it.

VZW Tech has no idea why

I fixed it, she had to delete me as a contact all together, then re-add me
