White Pages App?

A good (free) white pages app that will search with a voice command and then dial for you if you want would be cool.

Any such beast?

Using the 2.1 Speech to Text, you can do this with either Google Search or, the WhitePages app in the market.

Edit: The 2.1 Speech to Text is still in beta, but it's probably the best you'll be able to do right now.

i downloaded google map address book from the market and now with maps you can find numbers to just about whatever i want...
