While most hardcore Android fans that were waiting for the HTC EVO have most likely already picked one up,

Best Buy is hoping to grab a little attention by offering an exclusive white version of Sprint’s first 4G equipped phone.

Color options aren’t anything new for HTC, but this is the first time any of us have heard of a white variant for the HTC EVO 4G.

The white EVO will be available exclusively from Best Buy on July 11th and will hit Sprint retail location on August 8th.

There’s no indication of a price difference between the black and white HTC EVO, so you should be able to purchase the handset for $199.99 with a new two year contract. We’re not sure if this will be a limited edition like the myTouch Fender, but if you want to make sure you can secure a white HTC EVO, Best Buy is kicking off pre-orders at all their retail locations today with a $50 deposit.

Note: If you purchased the Sprint HTC EVO 4G at launch, keep in mind that Sprint has a 30-day return policy on all their phones.
