Where to get LiuMod 0.0.3?

Yes, I know ROM Manager, and that's where I found this new release, but I've tried about 10 times, thru almost 30 hours, but still cannot get it download correctly, most of the time, the link dropped at about 50% or less, and it will start all over again!

Why doesn't ROM manager supply a feature to resume the download?
