where on the sd card are roms downloaded from rom manager?

ive tried about ten different roms maybe more and i have lost over a gig of memory, i was wondering where to find them to delete them
 
the downloaded roms are in
/sdcard/clockworkmod/download

all of your backups are in
/sdcard/clockworkmod/backup
