When connected to WiFi, should my 3G go out? As soon as I turn off WiFi, my 3G comes back on. Is it working properly or do I have a radio problem? Thanks!

It just appears as though the 3g turns off. It may not use the 3g as much while using wifi, and may not show the 3g icon in the notification bar, but ou should still be connected. One way to check is to connect to wifi, and then have someone call you. For me, when I'm on wifi, the 3g symbol comes back for a second or two before my phone let's me know I have a call.

When wifi is on 3/4g is off regardless of what the 3/4g indicator shows.

In looking at what the changes are in the update that's coming in November, i see that one of them is: turn off 3G when on wifi. I think the issue is that, even though data is actually flowing over wifi when it's on, the 3G radio remains on. I guess that's a needless battery drain?

Very...i have a widget...when I step in house...wifi on and data off and vice versa when I leave.
