When can we expect flash player for Droid?

All press releases by adobe says that its coming "soon" but who really knows

I don't have an answer for you. I hear "soon". Whatever that means.

A fellow at work has a Hero and was told his 2.1 update would be this weekend or so from Sprint. They claim it will have full flash capability and not flash lite.

I will be completely honest in saying that I am a bit disappointed that these pocket calculators are getting it and all we Droids are getting is the smoke in our nether regions.
