What's the battery life if as music player only?

Hi happy owners, could you please tell how long the battery might last if it's used only in audio playback — no calling, no wi-fi etc. Backlight now and then, but mostly just playback on average volume.

I know it's hard to tell precisely, but at least approximately / supposedly?

I didn't even think someone would even think this... It's such a wonderful phone I did one time though just play music from pandora for 3 hours and it was about dead, so i would say a little while longer if your playing just music.

Ditto. It's good to run your phone to minimum battery (until the phone shuts off) every month or so, to keep the battery gauge calibrated. Last time I did, Pandora ran for several hours after the battery was at 15% (that was using WiFi).

I think the big thing is just leaving it alone, so the screen doesn't come on. The backlight sucks power.
