What to put on ATK ignore list

So my understanding is that I should put the regular droid functions on the ignore list (email, gtalk, calendar, etc) to improve performance and battery life. Should I also exclude whatever apps that I'm running widgets for? Right now I kill everything except for weather widget donate.

Put stuff on the ignore list that you want to keep running. On my ignore list I have:
weather widgets
I am McLovin (tones)
Timeriffic
Talk
MotoTorch LED
Missed Call
Google Voice
