What to do for replacement.

So my phone all of a sudden has decided that the internet is no longer needed and will only connect. I am rooted but that's it I can unroot and uninstall all apps that use root. I have had this phone for under a year can I get a replacement phone? (I have more problems too like my touch screen going crazy if I leave it on for more than two days and my c button works only 60% of the time)

Dial *611 for tech support

Go through the troubleshooting, tell them it doesn't work.

They'll send you a replacement device.

But do not tell them your rooted. They'll instantly tell you that its not covered by warranty. obviously, you should unroot the phone before sending it back in
