what is this notification icon?

i was looking at the manual online and i cannot find anything that talks about this icon (maybe i missed it.) so, can someone please tell me if they know what the icon means? it would be nice if motorola added a listing of icons on their manual. it's really annoying that they don't. thanks for the help guys!

It's an indication that your phone is using a home Network extender, from what I recall.
