What Apps are these on my Note 3?

I don't recall ever seeing these on my phone. I tried Uninstalling a couple, but they keep reinstalling.
First it says it's uninstalled, then I get the following message and the app pops back on the list.

"Important files deleted. Gear Manager files reinstalled."

Welcome to the forum.. I don't own a Gear watch but I'm sure someone here can chime in..

Those are the built in ones for the original Galaxy Gear watch that were baked into Android 4.2 or 4.3, don't remember which. If you don't own a Gear watch of any kind they are useless bloatware. If you can disable them that'd be what I suggest instead of uninstall because all that does is uninstall updates to them and not the app(s)
