Web Page as App

So, I read some reviews saying that you can save a web page as an App icon on your home window. I have been screwing around with my Droid and can't figure it out.

A little help please?

Book mark the webpage, then go to you home screen and to a long tap, click shortcuts then bookmarks and select the webpage.
