Weather Widgets Donate vs. Beautiful Widgets

Hello all,

Long time lurker, first time poster.

Just need some opinions, I have both of these and I can't decide which to use. WW donate is skinable and has the link for an additional weather app (i use weatherbug). BW has cool weather animation and looks a little slicker.

Any thoughts?

I have them both too. Skinable is nice, but Weather Widgets time was never correct for me. Beautiful Widgets has been working without any problems, and I like it's small version taking up less real estate on the screen.

Had them both also. Beautiful Widgets gets my vote and the dev works hard to keep it moving.

I originally bought weather widget donate, I like it's placement better but it does often just forget settings.

Beautiful doesn't do this and I feel like it has nicer animations, although I'm really hoping soon that one of them updates so the widget actually flips when time changes.

Beautiful Widgets said they were working hard on adding a Skin update. As hard as he works on this app/widget I am sure it won't be long.

Ive been using WW donate and have had no problem with settings at all.

definitely beautiful widgets.

i got it because i loved the HTC sense UI for the eris, and it's beautiful, and gives me the weather spot on, with some awesome animation

Does anybody know what happened to 'Beautiful Widgets'? When I run a search for 'Beautiful Widgets' in the marketplace, the below come up...

- Beautiful Pictures (Widget)
- Pure Grid calendar widget
- Christmas Tree Widget
- BatteryLife

I'm really hoping to find BW so I can try it out.

Any and all help is greatly appreciated.
