Seems the developer of Weather Widgets has struck back and is trying to compete with Beautiful Widgets. They have now added toggle widgets to their Clock/Weather/Date widget. The only difference is these toggle widgets are skinnable also but still don't look that great to me. Beautiful Widgets is still wayyyy better IMO.
