Weather and Widget Toggle

Is this app a pre-requisite to downloading weather, time and date widgets? The only one I can find in the market is $1.99, which is not a bad price, but I would like to read some opinions before I go ahead and purchase it.

You have a 24 hour time period for refunds on all paid apps.

I like it. No issues for me. Just more options for me to customize the phone. Although I still use Beautiful Widgets most of the time.
