WatchESPN for Sling TV users but cant watch MNF

Sling TV is among the list of tv providers for the WatchESPN app. Perfect so when Sling TV buffers and stutters during MNF I can just exit out and go to the WatchESPN app on my Roku right?

Well not so fast there genius, MNF is blocked from being viewed via the app, but you can watch SC and other ESPN programming until your heart is content.
