Since the G3 started getting talked about so much lately, I started using the G2 again. It's rooted KK now and has the G2 Tweaks Xposed module on it. The camera and GPS issues seem to be solved. After using the M8, this little speaker on the G2 sounds weak, and I miss the SD card. But overall, the G2 is still a great phone. I can't wait for the G3.

My only complaint other than I miss the SD card as well.. Is the speakers on the G2.. And I'm not going to stay with T-Mobile.. Not sold on their coverage.. But waiting for tomorrow b4 I make my next move..

I agree BK, these speakers in stock form are very weak. It sucks that my wife's Moto X speakers embarrass mine. But that's why we have the development side.

How's the speakers on rooted? I'm planning on picking up AT&T later in the week.. I'm thinking G3 won't be ready I might just get G2 from them in meantime.. Let's see after tomorrow..

There are flashable zips and kernels that will boost the volume or allow you to boost it. It's not incredibly loud but much better than stock.
