want keyboard with arrows & voice

I'm looking for a keyboard that has the 4 arrows for navigation & also the key for voice input. I want this all on the main keyboard, not an alternate keyboard. I can't find an app that does this. Any suggestions?

Try go keyboard. I had it for awhile.... But the all the keys added were a big distraction. Using g board now.
