Since the Verizon HTC One received its S-OFF there has been plenty of development to go around. Developer "Santod040" will soon be releasing his Kit Kat 4.4.2 AOSP build for this the Verizon variant of the HTC One. This rom not only removes Sense for optimum performance and speed it also adds lots of features. HTC Tv, HTC People, HTC Gallery, HTC Music Player, HTC Camera (Zoe, Slow Mo), Beats Audio Driver, and more. Most of the HTC apps have been replaced with the AOSP counterparts including Google Edition Smart Dialer, Google Experience Launcher, Google Edition Camera/Gallery, Google Edition Settings, Native Wifi Tether Hotspot, Google World Clock, Google Calendar, Google Calculator, AOSP messaging. Some other custom apps are included such as cLock widget, Xposed Framework, Viper4Android Audio, DSP manager, Music FX, and HTC EQS.
