VVM cutting out

anyone else having this problem with Visual Voice Mail? I start listening to a message and after a few seconds it stop.
am I touching the screen with my ear and making it stop or something like that? is there any way to fix this? it happens all of the time and makes VVM useless

Are you using Verizon VVM? If so my only advice is save the $3/month and get rid of it. YouMail is much more reliable and SO MUCH MORE CUSTOMIZABLE.

JMHO though

EDIT: this opinion is based on my experience with VVVM since owning the droid. It didn't work more time than it did.

yes I'm using Verizon VVM. But my job pays my phone bill, so I'm not worried about that.

you mail is rippin' because of all the extras it offers. Check the site out as it hooks up to your account.
