Voice Recorder Wish List

Does anyone know of a Digital Voice Recorder App that includes voice activation and GPS so you could also know where the recording was made?

There are a few nice recorder apps out there, I was hoping to find one that at least had the voice activation feature.

Any ideas from any one???
