voice mail ? please help

How do I change the amout of time before my voicemail picks up i.e. I want my phone to ring longer

I do not know the answer to your question, BigZig. If someone does not reply give VZW CS (*611) a call they should be able to assist. Let us know how you resolve.

Will do just did not want to deal with vzw cs they suck but if no one replys in the next day or so I will call them and let everyone know what I find out
