Visual voicemail on thunderbolt

Has anyone had problems not being able to use visual voicemail after flashing to a custom rom on a thunderbolt?

I'm having the same problem and it's making me crazy because the Verizon Visual Voicemail has been removed from the market so I can't even download that.

Anyone have a fix?

Some roms just arent compatible. You just have to find one that does the vm.

If I remember right, Das BAMF, has the vvm. Zip file you can flash to get it back. Check on our their threads.

get a google voice number. You can use your google voice mail box as your verizon voice mail. There is a google voice mail app that looks kinda like visual voice mail and it is all free.

U need to push it to system/app, change permissions to rw-r-r and reboot.

Aww heck. I should have known that! I've only used adb once when I rooted my phone. Any chance you could give me instructions?
