You need to root and install a rom that supports live wallpapers (like bugless beast)

can't say with a 100% certainty, but it looks like droidmod 2.0.5 or .6 with the smoked glass theme. as for the live wall papers search the hacks section of the form, its posted in there somewhere.

yeah it was, a bit. however they took out the 2.1 launcher after 2.0.3. i'm using .5 myself and it runs great, no issues with the livewallpaper other than they are not interactive.
