Vibrate than ring

I would like to get the Tbolt to vibrate a couple of times then ring on an incomming call. Is there a way to do this without using an app? If anyone knows of a really good app the works on the Tbolt could you post the name of the app. Also I have heard there are some apps that control ringer behavior when the phone is in different positions (face up, face down, silence after shaking,etc). Has anyone tried any of these on the Tbolt?
