vibrate once for email, and three times for a text

Is there a way to make it so my droid vibrates once for an email, an 3 times for a text. And if there is no three times option, then 2 times for a text.

I can't get mine to vibrate at all except for phone calls when in vibrate mode. I've gone through all the sound menu settings, the settings for text/emails and still nothing when I have the phone on vibrate. I can get it to vibrate and ring at the same time but not just vibrate. Any ideas?
