Vibrate Application

I know there are application that allow you to put your ringer on vibrate. Is there anything out there that puts your ringer and notifications on vibrate all at once?

Either turn your phone down to vibrate mode or go to the settings section for sounds and just check all the vibrate options.

I too have to set my ringer and notifications separately. If I turn the ringer down to vibrate, it won't set the notifications with it unless I'm missing something?
