I just spent 30 minutes arguing with Verizon on the phone trying to buy a Ipad without the MIFI. They kept telling me I had to buy the MIFI if I wanted the Ipad. I kept telling them that I did not need a MIFI since I had a DRIOD X which did the same thing. After finally asking for a supervisor I was told I could buy the Ipad for $499.00 without the MIFI.
