If you are ready to run stock AOSP Android L 5.0 on your Verizon HTC One M8 now is your chance, well sort of. The new GPE "L" rom by developer "digitalhigh" is actually the closest thing you can get to Lollipop on the HTC One M8 without it actually being the real thing. This rom is based on the latest build of Android for the M8 (android 4.4.4 with firmware bast 2.12.1700.1). Some features of the rom include duo camera support, htc tv app support, htc dot view case support, motion launch gesture support, Andorid "L" mode which includes most of the new Lollipop material design and features. There are also lots of performance enhancements, such as deodex with ART, memory optimizations, optimized file system, rooted with supersu, and more.
