Because I asked for great features to be brought back. Just shows you Verizon doesn't care about there customers.

Well, in their defense, you are talking about features of the device itself. Nothing really to do with their network or issues they can resolve. It would be considered off-topic. However, the better way to handle that would be to let you post it and then refer you to the manufacturer for feature requests.

Yea, that has nothing to do with VZW. And missing LED's? Really? Those have been removed form most phones for 3 and 4 generations now.

I suppose some like an LED and others do not. My Samsung work phone has the standard LED. Now that I have become used to Moto's Active Display I can't stand the flashing LED on my work phone.
