V Cast Media Manager Help

I just got my Droid 3+ weeks ago and am just trying to use V Cast Media Manager for the first time. Is there a website I can go to or a tutorial I can download for help on simple things like copying files from my computer to my Droid?

Also my camcorder records videos in the *.mod format. Is there a way I can convert it to a format the Droid can understand so I can copy those videos to my Droid and view from the Droid?
