No matter how high I "speed test" from other sites, and even in Utorrent.
The max I ever got was 1.2Mbps
What gives?
I tried changing a few setting but to no avail.
could i get some help please?
I tried getting as much info as you said as well to make it as easy as possible for you guys to help
a lot of info should be in those screen caps.
Vista ultimate x64.
Belkin wireless n router,(even when i by pass its the same) plus a surfboard modem.
