Use a ps3 controller to play roms?

I recently saw a guy using a ps3 controller to play what looked like a sega emulator on his nokia. It is called picodrive i think. is this possible on the droid. i've been here for an hour now trying like hell to get my phone to recognize my wireless but no luck. i think if this works right the video is in the link here.
