USB Tether isnt working

I have the latest drivers installed. I enabled WiFi tethering through this process:How To Enable Free Wi-Fi Tethering On Droid Bionic [Verizon] and it works fine. Running Windows 7 Professional 64 Bit and have Moto drivers 5.20 for 64 bit installed.
