Urgent Printing help very urgent

Ok i have a picture and I want the picture to come out on my paper as 3.5 " x 2"

but I do not know how to do that. I am using vista and on photo viewer the samllest is contact sheet but that is too small.

It does not give me the ability to input my own custom size.

also I do not want to crop the photo I do not mind if it gets stretched ( it shouldnt) but I want it to show up on my paper as 3.5" x 2"

Please help I need an answer very quickly

try downloading (free and small ) It is an easy image viewer application that has enough resizing etc options on the print dialog that you should be able to do what you need
