Upcoming smart phones on VZW

Hello,
I currently have the prehistoric Moto Droid. I am looking at getting a new phone. My top pick right now is the HTC I2. But I do not want to rush and purchase this phone when there may be some better models coming out this summer. Having 4G is not a big deal to me. The positive for the I2 is design for global use Does anyone know what will be available between June-August?

Photos of the Moto Droid 3 popped up back in March and it looks like it's going to have a 4" screen, OMAP4 dual core, 5 row qwerty, and slimmer than the D1 and D2. I'd imagine it will arrive by July/August
