Unroot D2G

I rooted my D2G and I have made backups and froze some apps. Now I want to unroot. What do I have to do before unrooting?

Go into z4 and push unroot if that isn't an option I had the same problem before but go into the market and download an app called 4shared and search z4 root and download an older version install then u will have the option to unroot

And after I do that will all traces of root be gone?
