unpair bluetooth phone connections

I travel for a living and pair my phone to the rental car. Recently my phone no longer will pair. My phone lists 5 connections that I would like to delete. How would iI do that? I have a Motorola RAZR HD.

If you go to BT tap the one you want to delete you should get a delete option.
