Call AT&T tell them you will be traveling and want to unlock the phone. They just may do it for you.

Tell them you're going to Mexico to see family and ask when they're plans will begin to include calls to/from Mexico LIKE T-MOBILE. Might just scare them into unlocking it so you don't switch to T-Mobile muhaha

They won't has to be paid in full, is there a site to unlocked?

They aren't going to fully unlock your phone if you're still paying on it, but as Jeffrey pointed out, they should provide you a SIM card if you're traveling to another country.
