UnLocked Phone List *Please Help*

Could someone point me in the right direction? Looking to upgrade here soon, and would like to know of the phones that are truly unlocked like the original Droid. I realize the Nexus fits that bill but, I'm not willing to give up my unlimited data and pay for 4G service. I have considered the HTC DINC2.

Don't think you have to give up unlimited data, I didn't have to for the Bionic and I won't for the Nexus

Wife just upgraded from d1 to a Samsung stratosphere on 4g and still has her unlimited plan
