Convertpad doesn't (amazingly, since it has everything else), but it does allow you to add user defined measures.

Thanks! I am a quality engineer for a biomedical company that makes surgical instruments. Having a hard time finding an app with all the conversion formulas I need. I have the formulas on my PC but always have my X with me.
