Unable to open Weather Widget - donate

I downloaded weather widget -donate and cannot get it to download...paid the fee, it shows purchased, but all attempts to download, fail.

Thoughts?

I'm assuming you got the paid one that needs GDE to open? If you didn't buy GDE you can't open it.

No, actually I went and got the Weather Widge - Donate and I paid the fee, but it will not download.
