unable to open jpg files from email atachment.

Hi guys

I have a problem on my gs4

In my email app when i open my inbox and go to an email with atachment and try to view it a jpg image in this case then i cannot view it. The atachment is opening in the gallery app and shows as broken image. If i save the image to ky phone and go to gallery then i can see it but not inside the email app. This is a big problem cause i get many emails from my office security cameras and everytime i need to save it and go to gallerybto see it.

Anyone had same problem?
Any solution?

Try clearing the Gallery data from Application Manager and have it rebuild the information.

Wife has this problem with her GS3. Her problem is the cell tower at work. When she is anywhere else it works fine.

Cleared the gallery app, thst didnot help.
In my case it does not matter on cell 3g or on wifi, it downloads the picture and shows a verry little thumb if i click save then manually i can openbit from gallery but not directly from the email app.
When i use the gmail app it works fine but not in the email app.
