Unable to Access Samsung Pass after N960USQ1ARL1 Update.

I am unable to go to Samsung Pass to make any changes after the N960USQ1ARL1 Update I did on 1/8/2019 @ 9:09PM EST. I had no Issues Prior. I get a Pop Up "Your phone has been rooted. Samsung Pass can not be used on rooted Phones for security reasons." I NEVER Rooted this Phone. Under Phone Status it shows "Official". I have a Note 9 SM-N960U from Verizon Wireless. Has anyone else have this happen?

365 views and no responses? My, how times have changed. Hopefully someone, another Samsung owner, has something to contribute.

After this took out S-Health too, I gave up. No help could not resolve the issue so I backed up my device and did an FDR. After the Wipe my Note 9 is working normally. Other than the Samsung+ App still thinking my phone is a Note8 its working perfect.

Wow, that's is very odd. Hardly anyone roots their phones anymore. My only suggestion would have been to do exactly what you did; an fdr. Hopefully the next update will recognize your phone as a N9 again.
